The Challenge

Pop Up Global, like many companies, was heavily reliant on email submissions, spreadsheets and paper to manage talent applications and auditions. This presented a huge challenge particularly with their rapid growth. Pop Up Global needed a way to better manage applications centrally. It was also critical that the new system allowed them to create a central database of talent who had applied so they could consider them not just for current roles but also future opportunities.
